Full Wedding Planning

This is my jam. Do you want to know why? When we work together from the start, we can create a celebration that reflects you in every detail. It also means that when I’m on hand from the beginning, we can make sure that every step of the planning is smooth and seamless, common pitfalls are avoided, and it all feels effortless on your behalf.

Based on all the things you’ve told me from the first moment we talk – and here, I want to know everything that will help me build a picture of who you are and what truly represents you – I’ll source, refine and curate vendors that will ultimately help us create the vision. From the big stuff, like marquee provider or venue, to all the bespoke details, like stationery and gifts, I’ll make sure that the people we work with are all delivering the vision in a fun, cohesive and enjoyable way. Because I believe, firmly, that wedding planning should give you a whole lot of joy along the way.

I will also be the one that makes sure it all stays within budget, along with keeping track of payment schedules and final balances. For some reason, this is the stuff that gives me a whole lot of joy.

I’m here to plan your wedding for you, but we work in a collaborative way that allows you to be as involved as your time and lifestyle allows. Regular meetings, unlimited phone and email contact, and precise communication to keep you up-to-date with the plans is always part of the service.

When it comes to the wedding day, I will of course be there to execute all of our carefully laid plans. I’ll be there to manage all the celebrations, including arrival and rehearsal dinners, setting up for the ceremony and reception, ‘flipping’ spaces as required, and packing down at the end of the night (and, my favourite, organising brunch the day after) to ensure that you can fully enjoy every minute of your wedding.  And, most importantly, that epic party.

For marquee weddings, I’m also there for rigging and de-rigging in the days before and the day after the wedding, completing the pack-down and send-off as required.

Investment: 10% of wedding budget, minimum fee £4,000.

Wedding Day Management

Do you want to dive in and do the majority of the planning yourself? Then Wedding Day Management is an excellent choice! I leave you to refine your ideas, find and book your own suppliers and do the administration and legwork required to pull the details of the day together. But then I’m there to make sure all of your plans happen on the day itself, taking the stress away from you (plus, quite often, parents and close friends!) so that you can immerse yourself in the celebrations on the day, and not worry about the details.

I will meet up with you for two full planning meetings, where we go through all of your plans, and together we’ll iron out any potential snags. I’m also available via phone and email from the moment you book me until the day before the wedding, when we’ll meet up to do a final check on site – particularly important for marquee and tipi weddings – so that I can simply get stuck in on the morning of the wedding.

From here, I’ll take care of all the details, from 8.30am, to assist with set-up, oversee all on-the-day logistics, help smooth out any pinch points, liaising with the caterer and suppliers, guiding your guests in a friendly and easy fashion, keeping track of timings and details, and also acting as your 'MC' if needed - essentially putting the plans in action. I will take on anything that will mean that you have a really stress-free and enjoyable day. I'm there until an hour after the bar and music has finished, making sure that guests are sorted and the pack-down is started.

Investment, Wedding Day Management (one coordinator): £950

Second coordinator or set-up day prior: £250 for 8 hours*

Full pack-down and cleaning day after (recommended for DIY venues): £120 for up to 6 hours

*(recommended when spanning multiple locations or DIY venues)

A life dedicated to weddings. That’s me. From my early twenties to current day, I’ve worked tirelessly to gain all the insight and understanding available in every aspect of weddings, from catering to design and beyond. All of this real-life wedding knowledge has given me such appreciation for the wonderful things that can be achieved for once-in-a-life-time celebrations, and the people behind it, and I will share these with you in a no-nonsense way to create a flawless experience.

Care

Stylish. Elegant. Attention to detail. These are all things I care deeply about, but not as much as I care about you, and how you want your wedding day to feel. Providing genuine, down-to-earth solutions and options to create that atmosphere. And to look after you and your wishes with enthusiasm and discretion – that is what I care most about.
